Questions about founder coaching
Know what you are saying yes to.
How I work, where we begin, and what you can expect before you commit.
What is founder burnout coaching?
It is private coaching for founders who have grown a company but feel worn down, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. My work focuses on beliefs, values, confidence and purpose, then on the choices you can make in daily life. It is not a service for installing AI employees or an operating system in your company.
Who is this coaching for?
Tech founders who have put a lot into a company and want to understand what they need now. You might still be running it, considering a change, or making sense of a difficult ending. You do not need a revenue milestone or a perfectly defined goal to begin a conversation.
How does the Quantifier work?
I ask you to rate your life from one to ten and explain your answer. What is good already? What feels missing? What would a ten mean to you? Then we bring it closer: what would move your life up one point? Those answers help us choose a direction and a practical next step. It is a reflection tool, not a medical test or a score that compares you with other founders.
What happens in the first month?
We establish your baseline, examine the beliefs and values behind it, and create a roadmap with a few early wins. You try the changes between sessions. We talk about what happened and adjust. The goal is to start moving in a direction you actually want, rather than collect another list of things you should be doing.
What can we work on?
Confidence in your decisions, boundaries around work, beliefs that keep you people-pleasing, or a sense of purpose that no longer fits. We can also look at the interests, relationships or personal practices you have put aside. You choose what matters. I guide the questions and help you turn the answers into action.
How do we know whether it is helping?
We revisit your baseline and the specific changes you chose. Are you making room for what matters? Has a decision become clearer? Did the boundary you set hold? What still feels difficult? We use your experience to decide what to work on next. I do not promise a particular score, income change or recovery timeline.
How often do we meet?
Once a week or twice a month, depending on the package. We agree on the cadence before we start. Text support is available between sessions, with communication arrangements discussed before you commit.
What is Orenna?
Orenna is a support tool you can use when you get stuck between sessions and cannot reach me. It supports the work you are doing; our coaching conversations remain the center of the engagement.
What is the commitment?
Private coaching starts with a three-month minimum. We discuss the scope, session cadence, support and investment privately before you decide. The introductory conversation is free.
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. This service is coaching around your goals, values and choices. It does not diagnose or treat a medical or mental health condition and does not replace care from a qualified health professional. If you need that kind of support, it matters to seek it rather than expect coaching to cover it.
What happens on the introductory call?
We have 15 minutes to hear what is happening, what you would like to change, and whether my coaching fits what you need. If there is a fit, we discuss how to continue and the investment privately. You can decide afterward. There is no need to prepare a pitch about your company.
How should I choose a founder coach?
Ask how they work, what they have experienced themselves, and what they expect from you between sessions. Understand the commitment and the limits of the service. Pay attention to whether you can speak honestly with them. My own story is on the About page, and the client videos and messages show individual experiences of working with me.
